Key Accomplishments:
• Planned and implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of the organization, transitioning the company system from Quickbooks to Acumatica ERP
• Established internal control procedures and financial and operational policies

• Lead the budget and forecast process
• Responsible for administration of the financial planning and forecasting system

• Headed the restructuring of the finance team to a Shared Services Center (SSC)
