Office Management
*Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Act as the primary point of contact for internal employees and clients.
*Updating and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data confidentiality
Onboarding & Recruitment
*Posting job openings, screen incoming resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.
*Processing new-hire paperwork and conducting orientation.
* Conducting pre-employment requirements, including background checks and medical clearances.
* Maintaining accurate employee records, update HR Information Systems (HRIS), and ensure strict data confidentiality.
Employee Support & Office Coordination
* Act as the frontline support for the HR department, answering emails, phone calls, and in-person queries.
*Help prepare and distribute internal HR communications, policy documents, and employee handbooks.
*Coordinate meetings, manage the HR calendar, and assist in organizing company events or training sessions.
Payroll & Benefits Support
* Assisting employees with benefits enrollment (health insurance, retirement, etc.) and address routine inquiries
*Uploading authorized payroll text or CSV files into the business online banking portal as a "Maker"
*Double-checking bank account numbers, employee names, and net pay amounts to ensure zero errors before upload.
*Coordinating with bank representatives to resolve any payroll uploading issues, rejected accounts, or processing delays.
Assigned in Guidance & Counseling office.
*Organizing student files, encoding data, and creating materials for mental health campaigns.
*Assisting in the distribution, proctoring, and scoring of assessment tools
