• Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspections and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certifications processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required
• Clean, maintain, calibrate, or repair measuring instruments or test equipment, such as dial indicators, fixed gauges, or height gauges
• Monitor production operators or equipment to ensure conformance to specifications, making necessary process or assembly adjustments.

· Assist in all design engineering requirements/activities, as follows:

Drawing acceptance / design change control and filling of documents

Ø Comparative checking of old and new drawings

Ø Material figure preparation of CAD data input

Ø Data input and maintenance of CAD data

Ø Checking of CAD data

Ø CAD data transfer

Ø Confirmation of unclear design points

Ø Recording and maintenance of documents

· In charge of the issuance of all drawings and documents as required

· Submits accomplishments reports on daily and/or weekly basis as required by superior

· Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and safety in the workplace

Ø Perform 5S’ checking and sees to it that the workplace is always clean

Ø Follows strictly safety rules and regulations

• Reviewed legal descriptions for accuracy and conformance with departmental standards.

• Assumes supervisory task over the Equipment Maintenance Technicians
• Responsible for manpower management and control, implementation of maintenance program, training and coaching of Equipment Maintenance Technicians, and ensuring proper working conditions and operating standards of machines/equipment.
• Implemented, configured, and optimized safety standards.
• Commissioned third-party vendors and technicians to augment on-site technical support assets.

• Performs preventive maintenance, calibrates machines/equipment/tools, supports Quality Control and production personnel during line audit, generates reports on performed tasks, and troubleshoots and repairs machines under PM to ensure proper functioning.

• Sets up and troubleshoots machines/equipment/tools, guides production personnel on machine operations, performs periodic maintenance, supports Process Engineers and Quality Control and production personnel, generates reports on machine downtime and repairs, and maintains cleanliness of equipment and surroundings.
