Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for computing the hours/days worked of all employees in the store and in the execution of timekeeping related activities.

1. Issues punch cards to new employees.

2. Monitors issuance of permanent identification cards.

3. Logs manually into the timekeeping system time entries of employees in case of equipment breakdowns and on other cases in line with the company policy.

4. Provides time entries to all forms requiring time entries (i.e. Gate Pass, Appearance Form, etc.).

5. Keeps files relative to timekeeping policies and procedures such as memoranda, seminar schedules, etc. which will serve as guide/basis in preparing timekeeping reports for payroll and future reference purposes.

6. Computes for the total number of working hours/days of each employee including project based and agency personnel. Ensures the timely submission of computed payroll report to Accounting Department.

    o Mic – it converts voice into electrical energy. Its function is to send our voice to the called person.

    o Speaker – It converts electrical signals into sound signals. Its function is to listen to the voice of the called person.

    · Parts Troubleshooting and Repair– learned how to use diagnostic tools to identify the problems in cellphones for both hardware and software.

    · Hardware Repair – Learned to conduct repair activities using the proper tools for hardware problems and issues.
