Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Issues punch cards to new employees.
2. Monitors issuance of permanent identification cards.
3. Logs manually into the timekeeping system time entries of employees in case of equipment breakdowns and on other cases in line with the company policy.
4. Provides time entries to all forms requiring time entries (i.e. Gate Pass, Appearance Form, etc.).

Loose Change Management
· Monitor availability and ensure regular replenishment from Branch Treasury of loose change for all denominations before going to selling area.
· Provide loose change requirement of Counter Associates for transaction processing through-out the day and check completeness of loose change.
· Check that bills/coin exchanges with the Counter Associate is correct and accurate to avoid shortage and chargeback at the end of the day.
· Safe keep loose change fund and properly endorse to Branch Treasury at the end of the day.
Assist the Floor Management
· Assist in queue management by directing customers to other counters with shorter queue.
Manage the Inventory
· Check, report and encode requirements in supplies in partnership with Counter Supervisor.
