• Supervise the maintenance services of the mall to maintain smooth operations in accordance with standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
• Manage and coordinate with various contractors and suppliers on construction projects within the mall including facilities improvement and tenants fit-outs.
• Represent company on disputes involving engineering judgement and view.
• Provide technical (quantity estimates, construction rendering and electrical minor concerns) support to other departments including Leasing and Marketing on different mall events.
