Roles And Responsibilities

  • Concentrix - Healthcare customer service advisor, Healthy Benefit Plus Support, To serve members who acquires benefits to few health insurance providers. Assisting members to place orders, providing balances, activation of membership cards, walking members in registering to our web portal or mobile application. Mostly serving members in our most sufficient and proper way.
  • Teletech - Travel Services agent at the start of the account. Processing reservations, bookings with hotels and car rentals. Then upskilled to Flight Support, which I am skilled with 2 types of tickets and other services such as refunds and to cancel reservations. Recently got promoted to be a QA specialist, and in the process of being trained. GDS Worldspan and Farelogix are tools to process Airline.
  • Majorel - Admin tasks, Coaching, feedbacks, Interactions virtually. Deliverables, daily reports. Keep tracks of AHTs, KPIs. Non-voice account with 15 agents to supervise.
  • Express Gifts - Leading a 10 man team providing Coaching, feedback, monitoring KPIs, VOC, AHT, which is involved with 4 core values that will base for the advisors increase. I also have reports to deliver some daily and some within the shift. then the end of the day report. We also have to do call listening for each advisors as one of our tasks biweekly manner to ensure everyone is calibrated.
  • UPS - Customer service, answering calls and assisting customers with their parcels ex. Tracking parcels, Changing details for any requested by the customers.
  • Sutherland - Customer service, answering calls and assisting customers with their internet service, we also take payments, and etc.
  • Omnitech - Customer service, answering calls to assist customer with their technical needs regarding their Microsoft essentials in ex. Installing virus protection, also take payments.
  • Nationwide Constructions Ltd. - Taking orders of raw materials for construction such as panels, roofing materials, floor tiles, plumbing materials, all sorts of materials to build houses, schools, etc. setting up appointments to ship them to all construction sites. receiving and inventory.
  • Wagner Industries - Paper company pulling orders, shipping them to company who will then cut them into necessary sizes accordingly. I was then promoted to be a shift supervisor to run a 5 man team to load and unload raw products.
  • Revlon - Mixing raw chemicals to manufacture hair products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair tints, perms, etc. then I was promoted to be a supervisor to run an assembly line. which we fill the empty bottles with products and pack them to be shipped to retail facilities.
