•Reporting metrics and statistics on quality related issues such as CoPQ and NCR.
•Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standards.
•Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level.
•Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on job.
•Ensure that the QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
•Ensure all Contractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and auditable and fully comply with all Client and regulatory agency requirements.

Samal Shores Hotel and Resort (Welcome Center)

•Assists the Project Manager in the preparation, monitoring and maintenance of the project construction in accordance to its schedules, plan specifications, and other related activities.
•Prepares and provides at least two weeks look ahead site activity schedule based on the schedule provided by the Project Manager.
•Reviews and checks plan for any inconsistencies versus on-site implementation and report to Project Manager for proper evaluation.
•Conducts regular site meetings and status report update among employees/workers to keep track of the progress of project.
•Coordinates with the Construction Manager, Architects and designers for any adjustments on plan and specifications suit actual site conditions, maintains current change order logs expedite cost for said change order.
•Inspect and ensures project is compliant with the building, occupational health and safety policies quality control standards and other applicable regulations.
•Reviews contracts and negotiate revisions, changes in additions to contract agreement with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
•Ensures completion and track all independent track all independent testing and inspections as requires.
•Evaluates performance of all directly reporting project employees int the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
•Implements effective strategies on possible cost saving measures for the projects.
