Lending SQL expertise within the team by assisting in the creation of controls, control rediscovery, and control enhancements via automation.

Weekly, fortnightly and monthly execution of said controls to produce insights to be used by various teams within Gcash to be able to avoid / monitor any unnecessary risk the company is facing.

Produced data reports using SQL to produce actionable insights to be able to mitigatate / eliminate fraud altogether.

Not limited to adhoc activities, but to also develop controls / automated reports used by internal teams within shopee to be able to monitor any signs that could indicate fraud via the creation of dashboards to easily visualize data and to easily gain insights at a whim.

Day-to-day function also included assisting in major projects involving anti-fraud initiatives by producing the necessary data in order to identify which critieria can be used to mitigate or stop fraud altogether. Once identified, will be turned into automated blockers or tracker reports to be used by the tactical side of the anti-fraud department.
