Existing PLC Panel is installed underground CRF System, and the panel and devices are in bad condition and maintenance and troubleshooting is not easy due to environment and noise.
New panel and devices are provided by contractors in part of RO Plant’s PLC Upgrade Phase 3. Decommissioned existing panel and cable tray and installed the new panel ground level of CRF system. Installed new cable trays and junction box for the 240 VAC supply and field devices and configured the new CompactLogix 5380 PLC with new IP assignments.

Project Description
RO Plant’s DMF pneumatic actuators solenoid valves are exposed to sunlight, rain and dust because the DMF are has no roofing. The said exposure is the main cause of early deterioration of the solenoid valves that cause tripping and down time.
Installed the refurbished panel from Skids PLC and mounted all solenoid and isolation valves in the panel. Layout new 3/8” stainless tubing from actuator to DMF SV panel and layout new cables for solenoid valves and position feedback to PLC remote panel.
