  urban landmark, central in shaping the community of wentworthville and
  Cumberland community. A vibrant mixed-use residential town centre development
  with a permeable through-site link consisting of 523 apartments and a gross floor
  area of approximately 55,000 m2
• MGM Osaka Integrated Resort & Casino (Osaka, Japan) – a massive project showcasing the best of
  Osaka and Japan with 2500+ hotel rooms across three hotel brands boasting a total
  gross floor area of 730,000 m2 of land, employing more than 15,000+ people and
  attracting 20 million visitors annually.
• 640 Brouke Street (Victoria, Australia) - a mixed-use development which include a supermarket, retail and commercial tenancies as well as residential apartments and public plaza with a total gross floor area of 81,180 m2
• CSL Project Hawara Fit-out (Victoria, Australia) - an interior fit-out of a commercial building with three basements and nineteen levels comprising of offices, workshops, specialist laboratories, clinical health suite, BOH logistics, carparking and EOT facilities with a total gross floor area of 55,000 m2
• The Village, Alphington (Victoria, Australia) - A super neighborhood center which comprises of supermarket retail tenancies, gymnasium, childcare center, community facilities and 430 apartment units with a total gross floor area of approximately 119,679 m2.
